Good morning! Lawmakers are out of Albany and won't be back until Tuesday. Here's what's happening today in New York:

Gov. Andrew Cuomo is in Albany with nothing public planned. 

At 11 a.m., Assemblyman Sean Ryan and Town of Hamburg Supervisor Jim Shaw will push for VLT funding to be restored in the state budget. 6100 South Park Ave., Hamburg. 

Also at 11 a.m., New York City Public Advocate Jumaane Williams will speak against the deregulation of the Stuyvesant Town-Peter Cooper Village Apartments. East 18th St. and First Avenue, New York City.

At noon, New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio will hold a press briefing. One Police Plaza, New York City.

Also at noon, Westchester County Executive George Latimer and New Rochelle Mayor Noam Bramson will be visiting businesses in the Wykagyl part of the city and will be having lunch at Eden Wok kosher Chinese restaurant. 1327 North Ave, New Rochelle. 

At 1 p.m., Assemblyman Ryan and Assemblywoman Monica Wallace will make an announcement, 47 6th Ave., Lancaster. 

At 3:30 p.m., Lt. Gov. Kathy Hochul will discuss clean water initiatives and the environmental bond act proposal. Suffolk County Office Building, 100 Veterans Memorial Highway, Hauppauge.

At 4:45 p.m., Lt. Gov. Hochul will tour a STEM non-profit. We Connect the Dots, 180 Michael Drive, Syosset.

At 5:30 p.m., Assemblyman Ryan will hold a 2020 Census Community Outreach meeting 20 Herkimer St., Buffalo. 

At 7 p.m., Lt. Gov. Kathy Hochul will deliver remarks. Hell’s Kitchen Democrats Meeting, Manhattan Plaza, 2nd Floor, Ellington Room, 400 W 43rd Street, New York City.
