Gov. Andrew Cuomo is in New York City with nothing public planned. 

At 8:45 a.m., New York City Public Advocate Jumaane Williams will will speak to Workers Circle as part of its ongoing Breakfast with Champions series featuring prominent leaders discussing issues that impact New Yorkers. 247 West 37th Street, New York City. 

At 10:30 a.m., Public Advocate Jumaane Williams will join a panel at the event hosted by LiveOn NY  to discuss the need to expand senior housing options and to combat the affordable housing and homelessness crisis. 365 Fifth Ave, New York City.

At 11 a.m., advocates will rally and hold a press conference urging New York State to stand on the side of New York’s communities and reject any rollbacks to bail reform or attempts to replace money bail with equally harmful and racist constructs like “predictive dangerousness.” State Capitol, outside of the Senate Chambers, between the Senate chambers & the LCA press hallway, Albany. 

At noon, homeowners will join hundreds of tenants from across New York state to rally in support of the Good Cause Eviction bill and the Small Homes Anti-Speculation Act. Million Dollar Staircase, State Capitol building, Albany.
