Gov. Andrew Cuomo is in Albany with nothing public planned.

At 10 a.m., Oneida County Executive Anthony J. Picente Jr. and Youth Bureau Director Kevin Green will discuss the 2019 youth volunteer contributions through the Youth Bureau's Oneida County Children Care initiative. 10th Floor, Oneida County Office Building, 800 Park Avenue, Utica.
