It's a (literally) cold Valentine's Day across New York. Here's what's happening.

Gov. Andrew Cuomo is in Albany with nothing public planned. 

At 8:30 a.m., Lt. Gov. Kathy Hochul will address the western New York Women's Foundation Legislative Breakfast. 742 Delaware Avenue, Buffalo. 

At 9:30 a.m., activists and New York City lawmakers will call for breaking up Amazon. The Vessel, Hudson Yards, Eleventh Avenue between West 32nd and West 33rd Street, New York City.

At 10 a.m., Lt. Gov. Hochul will deliver remarks at the Erie County Medical Center's Entrance Opening ECMC Hospital, 462 Grider Street, Buffalo. 

At noon, Lt. Gov. Hochul will highlight Census efforts. Buffalo 2020 Census Conference, Buffalo State College, Jacqueline Vito LoRusso Alumni and Visitor Center, 667 Grant Street, Buffalo. 

At 12:30 p.m., A delegation of workers will file for an election under the NLRB despite potential delays by Housing Works. Lawrence Street and Willoughby Street, Brooklyn.

At 5 p.m., New York City Public Advocate Jumaane Williams will attend the Mission Society and East Side Settlement's Welcome Reception, 40 Lodge St, Albany. 

At 7 p.m., Williams will attend the chairwoman's reception. 55 Eagle St, Albany.
