Good morning! New York and the nation are continue to process President Trump's State of the Union as lawmakers return for the third session day of the week. Here's what's happening today:

Gov. Andrew Cuomo is in Albany with noting public planned. 

At 9:30 a.m., a joint legislative budget hearing on workforce development will be held. Hearing Room B, Legislative Office Building, Albany. 

At 10 a.m., Lt. Gov. Kathy Hochul will deliver a state budget presentation at a Tompkins County Chamber of Commerce event. Cinemapolis, 120 E Green Street, Ithaca. 

At noon, a joint legislative budget hearing on housing will be held. Hearing Room B, Legislative Office Building, Albany.

At 1 p.m., Attorney General Letitia James along with federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies; and locally elected officials will make an announcement pertaining to law enforcement in New York State. H.
