Gov. Andrew Cuomo is in Albany with nothing public planned.

At 8 a.m., Sen. David Carlucci will co-host a Free Breast Cancer Screening with Good Samaritan Hospital for under-insured and uninsured women, ages 40-64, in our community at Good Samaritan Hospital, 255 Lafayette Ave, Suffern.

At 9 a.m., Lt. Gov. Kathy Hochul will deliver remarks. Albany Capital Center, 55 Eagle Street, Albany.

At 9:30 a.m., NYC Mayor Bill de Blasio will host an interfaith breakfast. New York Public Library, 42nd Street and 5th Avenue, New York City. 

Also at 9:30 a.m., state lawmakers will hold a hearing on Medicaid and health care spending in the state budget. Hearing Room B, Legislative Office Building, Albany.

At 9:45 a.m., Lt. Gov. Hochul will deliver a 2020 budget presentation. Hudson Valley Community College Campus Center #204, 80 Vandenburgh Avenue, Troy. 

At 11 a.m., Lt. Gov. Hochul will talk about STEM learning at the Capital Region STEM Hub launch. Hearst Media Center, 645 Albany Shaker Road, Albany. 

At 2 p.m., Lt. Gov. Hochul will deliver a 2020 budget presentation. Marist College, Murray Student Center 3399 North Road, Poughkeepsie. 

At 6 p.m., Lt. Gov. Hochul will discuss the state's efforts to support the LGBTQ community. Hetrick Martin Institute, 2 Astor Place, 3rd Floor, New York City. 

Also at 6 p.m., David Carlucci will host a Narcan training to help educate the community in preventing opioid emergencies at the Ossining Public Library, 53 Croton Avenue, Ossining.
