At 12:45 p.m., Lt. Gov. Hochul will deliver a State of the State presentation, RWDSU/UFCW Local 338, 1505 Kellum Place, Mineola.

At 1:15 p.m., Assemblyman Billy Jones (D- Chateaugay) will be joined by Clinton County and Franklin County Sheriffs, District Attorneys, Municipal and City Police Chiefs, federal law enforcement officials as well as office of Emergency Management representatives, to discuss the implications of discovery and bail reform measures. Clinton County Sheriff’s Department, 25 McCarthy Drive, Plattsburgh.
