Mayor Bill de Blasio is attending the U.S. Conference of Mayors in Washington, DC and returns this evening to New York City. 

At 8 a.m., Lt. Gov. Kathy Hochul will participate in the Buffalo Business First Power Breakfast: 2020 Outlook​ Panel Discussion, Millennium Buffalo, 2040 Walden Avenue, Buffalo. 

At 8:30 a.m., New York City Public Advocate Jumaane Williams will join immigrant rights activist Ravi Ragbir for his semi-annual check-in with Immigration Customs and Enforcement., 26 Federal Plaza, New York City. 

At 10:30 a.m., Sen. Jim Tedisco and Assemblywoman Mary Beth Walsh to honor NYS Champion Burnt Hills Girls Volleyball Team and Boys Cross Country Team. Million Dollar Staircase, Third Floor, State Capitol, Albany.

At noon, Public Advocate Jumaane Williams will join immigrant rights advocacy organizations and Council Member Ydanis Rodriguez for a rally marking the introduction of Rodriguez' bill to expand right to vote in municipal elections to New York residents who are legal permanent residents or have a work authorization. City Hall Steps, New York City.
