At 10 a.m., Lt. Gov. Hochul will receive a briefing on plans to create a state-supported child care center and will tour a co-working space. 201 E Jefferson Street, Syracuse.
At 10:30 a.m., the WELL campaign will hold a news conference, Million Dollar Staircase, Albany.
