Democrats and Republicans nationally are watching New York’s congressional races.

Republicans need to defend the seats they won in the last cycle. Democrats need to win back the seats they lost. 

In 2022, the Democrats performed so badly in New York that the former speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi, publicly blamed New York’s leadership. Fast forward to 2024. The Democrats are getting another bite of the redistricting apple.
