New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo has less than three days left in office, but his lawyer, Rita Glavin, came forward on Friday continuing to attack the credibility of the 11 women who accused the governor of sexual harassment.

In a detailed slideshow, Glavin showed pictures of Cuomo at certain events where some of the women allege Cuomo groped them.

Glavin argued that since many of the acts were not caught on camera, they couldn’t have happened.

She started first with Virginia Limmiatis, who in the state attorney general’s investigation, accused Cuomo of purposefully groping her chest.

Glavin shows pictures of the event saying Cuomo was in front of a lot of people when he was speaking with Limmiatis and “it doesn't make sense if you look at the photo that he would have done that.”

Glavin then worked her way to Charlotte Bennett, a former aide to Cuomo who accused him of “grooming her.” Glavin claims that they will be releasing information to the attorney general’s office and the Assembly Judiciary Committee, which is leading the impeachment investigation, that calls Bennett’s credibility into question.

“I won't get into what the information is out of respect for Ms. Bennett, but this is information that we will be providing to the attorney general and to the Assembly Judiciary Committee, as they consider their report,” Glavin said.

Continuing on, Glavin repeated similar attacks on the other women who have more publicly come forward accusing Cuomo of sexual harassment, such as Lindsey Boylan and Brittany Commisso.

Earlier this month, the attorney general released a report substantiating claims of at least 11 women who accused the third term governor of sexual harassment, after a more than 5 month long investigation. The bombshell report included hundreds of thousands of pages of documents, emails and messages backing up these women’s claims.

It was shortly after this report was released, that almost every legislative leader, lawmaker and even President Joe Biden called on Cuomo to resign.

Cuomo announced that he would be resigning, effective in 14 days, a week after this report was released. His last day will be August 23 at 11:59 pm.

Glavin said that she will be requesting that the attorney general fix “errors” they believe exist in the report.

She said she is also still asking to review the evidence that the attorney general used to write their report.
