Good morning and happy Monday. Lawmakers are back at the Capitol today, while Gov. Cuomo will be holding a briefing on the coronavirus.

Here's what's happening today:

Gov. Andrew Cuomo is in Albany and New York City. 

At 9:45 a.m., Gov. Cuomo and Mayor de Blasio will hold a coronavirus briefing with Health Commissioner Howard Zucker. 633 Third Avenue, 38th Floor, New York City. 

At 11 a.m., lawmakers and environmental advocates will hold a news conference to discuss a ban on burning firefighting foam. Legislative Office Building, Room 130, Albany. 

Also at 11 a.m., New York Republican Chairman Nick Langworthy, joined by Senator Fred Akshar, Broome GOP Chairman Bijoy Datta and Binghamton residents, will call for a repeal of the state’s new bail and discovery laws. Steps of the Broome County Courthouse, 92 Court Street, Binghamton

At noon, Lt. Gov. Kathy Hochul will make a women's history month announcement. NYS Capitol, 2nd Floor, Blue Room, Albany. 

At 12:30 p.m., Mayor de Blasio will hold a tabletop exercise. NYC Emergency Management, 165 Cadman Plaza East, Brooklyn. 

At 3:15 p.m., Lt. Gov. Hochul will read to students as part of Read Across America Day. Boys & Girls Club of Albany, 21 Delaware Avenue, Albany. 

At 5:30 p.m., Lt. Gov. Hochul will participate in NYS Farm Bureau Taste of New York Reception, Convention Center, Empire State Plaza, Albany.
