Andrew Cuomo made his campaign for mayor official this past weekend.
The former governor also released a 17-minute video explaining all the issues facing the city and how he’s the best-equipped candidate to take it on.
But his opponents in the race have been quick to call him out on his many scandals, such as the sexual misconduct allegations, nursing home deaths from COVID-19 and his book deal during the pandemic.
Jay Jacobs, the chair of the New York State Democratic Party and chair of the Nassau County Democratic Party, joined NY1 political anchor Errol Louis on “Inside City Hall” Monday to discuss Cuomo’s candidacy and more.
